For the round pipes often used by car wash manufacturers TCW provides Microvel® axle systems, which have been developed and adapted for the respective car wash types. No new pipe system is required, as the axle husks are attached to the existing pipes.

Axle system for smooth round pipes

For existing smooth round pipes TCW offers an open Microvel® axle system. The full husks get riveted onto the existing round pipes.

Axle system for grooved round pipes

Especially for grooved round pipes TCW offers a closed axle system, which can be used in all popular manufacturers’ tunnel and in-bay car washes. The full husks get pushed onto the existing pipes via guide tracks. Unlike with conventional axle systems, no drilling or riveting is required. Fitting times and handling costs are minimal.
