Automechanika in Frankfurt am Main from 12. to 17. September, 2006

In 2006 TCW was represented again as an exhibitor on the Automechanika, the leading international fair of the automotive industry, in Frankfurt am Main. TCW exhibited their innovative textile washing and dryer solutions for car washes.

This included our newly developed Microvel® soft-textile for car washes. Also exhibited were the 3-roller-dryer-portal and the carousel dryer strips system manufactured from high-grade stainless steel.

The fair novelty was a new wrap-around-washing system for car washes developed in close collaboration with the Schleicher Mechanical Engineering.

On our stand there were many exhibitors which whom we co-operate.

These included Schleicher Mechanical Engineering of Fulda/Germany, Dico car wash park Troisdorf/Germany, Hohmeier Plant Engineering and Construction Stadthagen/Germany and BBS Hetzl Ground Coating Fulda/Germany.

Schleicher Mechanical Engineering exhibited their new Wrap-around-conveyor washing system, the 3-roller-dryer system and carousel dryer strips system in two differant formats. Schleicher Mechanical Engineering can carryout extensive mechanical engineering works for car washes, for example: the manufacture and installation of complete washing systems and also custom-made products from high-grade steel. They will renovate, deliver and install complete conveyor chains as well as servicing and supply of spare parts for most German car washes.

The company Dico Car Care Park Troisdorf were presenting their wash office system - (accounts system to the customer loyality), high pressure arch for car washes and new hydraulic 3-rollers wash station constructed from high-grade stainleess steel with integrated hydraulics.

Hohmeier Plant Engineering and Construction, Stadthagen is a long-standing partner of the car wash industry and car logistics with activities covering a a diversified area. A specialisation is car transport by means of conveyor in the form of conveyor belts. The company exhibited its newly developed conveyor belt using plastic plates.

The company BBS Hetzl, Fulda exhibited their patented coating system for car washe flooring. The skid-proof coating system is resistant to chemicals and is specially applicable in the pre-washing area of car washes where extreme acidic cleaning agents are used.
